Kilkenny Leader Partnership in conjunction with Kilkenny Vocational Education Committee (VEC) will offer Committee Skills Training for six weeks in Loughboy.

The interactive training will build on existing knowledge and experience, and it will focus on topics such as roles of members on committees, setting up new committees and team skills.

The course would be ideal for anyone who would like to get involved in their communities, would like to have a voice on committees, or for anyone who would like to set up a new committee – for example, a local women’s/men’s group or local area group.

The course will commence on April 17 and will run for six weeks between 10am and noon. The training will take place in Archer Street Centre in Loughboy.

For more information or to register for the course, contact Connie McGee in Kilkenny Leader Partnership on 086 7718040.
