BREAK IN - A break in occurred at the Parish Centre at about 12.30 am on Friday morning last but the thief was disturbed by a few locals on their way home from a village pub. Entry was gained through a back window to the kitchen.
A large stone was used to break the glass and the perpetrator escaped through a front window while the decent citizens were at the rere of the building. A black mountain bike was found near the scene and this had been stolen from the Chatsworth houses earlier. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Gardai.
