A LOVING mother and wife who gave her time and energy in the service of others has died. Patricia Frawley (Trish), Cashel Downs, Kilkenny and formerly of Freshford had just turned 50 years of age.
She passed away over the weekend surrounded by her family after a battle with cancer. She was a former attendant at St Canice’s Hospital and had worked in Prague House, Freshford. She had a great love of nature and her coffin was lined with bluebells by her heartbroken husband, Noel, a former city councillor.
Her funeral Mass was held at St. Patrick’s Church, Kilkenny on Monday morning with burial afterwards in St Kieran’s Cemetery. She is survived by her husband Noel and children, Sean and Ellen, many relatives and friends.
