Presentation night - Last Friday night Clara GAA and Camogie Clubs held a medal presentation dinner, with the Hurlers winning 5 competitions, the Footballers winning the County Final and the U21 Camogie Players winning the final for the second year in a row. There were over 200 medals to handout. Just under 300 people attended this event which was held in Langtons House Hotel (Thanks to Eamonn, Eddie and all the staff for the excellent layout, great food and perfect service). It was a great way to celebrate the fabulous year both the Hurling and Camogie clubs in Clara have had. Well done to all players and management and we wish them the greatest success in the coming months.
