Yoga and Relaxation - Classes will take place at “Cradle Cottage” Rathduff, Stoneyford for three mornings from 10pm to 12pm on March 25, April 8 and April 22. The course is suitable for beginners and those with some experience. It is a chance to take time out, learn to relax, learn a short sequence to do at home.
