Plans for a large new 43-unit housing development in Freshford in County Kilkenny have been submitted to Kilkenny County Council.
Tallis and Company Limited seeks permission for development on Bohercrussia Street (L5000), Tobernapeastia in Freshford village.
Planned are six detached two-storey four/five-bedroom dwellings, three two-storey detached four-bedroom dwellings, four two-storey semi-detached four-bedroom dwellings, twenty-two two-storey semi-detached three-bedroom dwellings and eight two-storey block-of-four townhouses.
All associated site works, landscaping, infrastructure and site enclosures are included in the plans.
The application was received by Kilkenny County Council on December 1, 2022.
A decision in due by February 3, 2023.
