The sod has been turned on a major new development at Kilkenny College, with construction now under way of a new music and arts building.
Recently-enthroned Bishop of Cashel, Ferns and Ossory Adrian Wilkinson officiated at the ceremony along with Chair of the school’s Board of Directors Aubrey Nuzum. READ MORE BELOW
Also in attendance was Chair of the Board of Management Rosemary Wallace, Chair of the Development Foundation Henry Yates, Board of Directors Derek Beattie, and members of the senior leadership team and staff and students from the music and art departments.
“We would like to thank Mr Eugene Foley from Eugene Foley Construction Ltd and Mr Gary and Juneanne Falconer representing our design team from CJ Falconer and Associates (CJFA) for their attendance,” said Chief Operations Officer Murt Larkin.
“We wish their respective staffs the very best during the construction phase of this important addition to our campus.
