December proved to be a busy period of fundraising locally as people generously donated to the cause raising over €2,000.
Recipients he Kilkenny Lions Club's Christmas Hamper Appeal and other local voluntary organisations including Kilkenny Meals on Wheels raised funds by hosting an auction and a concert in St Canice's Cathedral as well as other events.
