Motorists drive up for big event at Michael Lyng Motors in Kilkenny

Michael Lyng Motors’ Ford premises was recently the venue for a Ford fleet information evening.

Led by Padraig Duane, the Ford Fleet business manager, the evening was a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the latest developments in the automotive industry.

Mr Duane covered a diverse range of topics, including crucial information on network changes in diesel, petrol, hybrid, and electric vehicles.

The discussion also delved into the future product features and benefits, with a spotlight on Ford Pro, offering motorists an understanding of the cost of ownership, comparing electric to petrol/diesel and giving insights into whole life costs and savings.

The evening, which also explored the implications of Benefit in Kind (BIK) and the evolving landscape of EV charging, both at home and on the road, also featured a product display, where the cutting-edge all-new Transit Custom was showcased.
