Bishop Denis Nulty lights the candle of peace
A Mass for peace took place in St John's Church in Kilkenny yesterday.
Members of Kilkenny's Ukrainian community turned out for the special Mass.
Celebrants included Fr Peter Muldowney, Fr. Raymond Dempsey, Fr Dan Carroll, Bishop Denis Nulty, Fr Willy Purcell and Fr Lorcan Moran.
Further events are being planned in peace and solidarity as the conflict continues.
