The Leix Kilkenny Carlow boxing championships were held in Tullow boxing club last weekend.
The event was a huge success, with more than 60 bouts held over the two days.
Local boxers were to the fore with plenty of titles coming back to the county.
Callan Boxing Club had a very impressive winner in Lee Walsh, as did the Marble City club in the form of Niall O’Donnell.
Paulstown had success with Tony O’Reilly. He was involved in some stand out contests along with Charlie Kennedy from Freshford.
Together boxers from Portlaoise, Carlow, Tolerton and Laois, together with the Marble City and Paulstown put in some great performances in a packed out house.
