Naomh Bríd Camogie Club, Ballyragget, recently held their 2023 fundraiser called 'Lap the Loop'.

Lap the Loop brought both club members and non-club members in the community together to walk, run and jog around St Patrick's GAA grounds non-stop for 24 hours. Refreshments and lights were set up to facilitate the participants and each group were pictured under the score board to keep track of the 24 hours.

Each hour from dusk to dawn was generously sponsored by local businesses in the community. Naomh Bríd had camogie legend Ann Downey and local councillor Pat Fitzpatrick on site to launch the event. Lap the Loop proved to be a huge success, bringing families and friends out in their numbers to support the local camogie club.

Led by the committee; Mary Jacob, Lisa Delaney, Karen Delaney, Kieran Delaney, Valerie Kennedy, Fiona Hickey and Carmel Walsh Kenny, Naomh Bríd Camogie Club would like to sincerely thank all the families, sponsors and locals that supported Lap the Loop.
