WATCH: Spectators reveal their highlights from Day 3 of the Ploughing in Laois

Tractors, livestock and the 'O'Neill's Store' all prove popular as the National Ploughing Championships draw to a close

As this year's National Ploughing Championships draw to a close, spectators and attendees have been telling us what their highlights of the final day have been.

For some it was the 'actual ploughing', livestock and tractors while for others it was the 'O'Neill's Tent' or even the amusements.

Tens of thousands of people flocked to Ratheniska in County Laois this Thursday for Day 3 of the event which, once again, was blessed with glorious sunshine and temperatures in the mid-20s.

More than 75,000 attended the event on Tuesday while more than 90,000 attended on Wednesday meaning the final attendance this year will be close to 250,000.
