Man arrested as gardaí seized two 'nuisance' scrambler bikes in Kildare towns

Gardaí have arrested one person and seized two scrambler bikes in a Kildare town Tuesday morning noting " the nuisance" the bikes cause the communities.

Gardaí attached to Leixlip and Celbridge seized the two scrambler bikes "and arrested one man who has now been charged with dangerous driving as well as having no insurance."

In a post on X, a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said: "We understand the nuisance and disturbance that scrambler bikes cause in the community."
