An ART exhibition showing work by mainly Kilkenny based artists will open on Thursday December 6th and will run until December 16th.
The exhibition at John’s Bridge (next door to Tynans Bridge House Bar) will help raise funds for Cois Nore Cancer Support Centre , with 50% of all sales going directly to the charity.
Cois Nore Cancer Support Centre is to open soon in Walkin Street, and will provide vital support and services for cancer patients and their families in Kilkenny city and county.
The Kilkenny artists showing are Ross Stewart, Tom Watson, Brock Butler, Andrew Small, Paul Christopher Flynn, Catherine Barron, Phyl Cleere, Darlene Garr, Kathleen Holohan and Paula Minchin. They are joined by Dublin artist Karen Wilson, Laurence O’Toole (Wicklow), Brian O’Loughlin (Kildare) and Eileen Meagher who is well known for her stunning Connemara landscapes.
The exhibition will be open every day including Sunday, from 10am to 6pm and provides an ideal opportunity to invest in high quality paintings, many at very affordable prices while also helping to support a very worthy cause
