A wonderful open day and exhibition took place to celebrate the Creative Spaces programme on Saturday, June 24.

People were invited to view a special showcase event and to engage in a variety of visual art workshops to experience learning practices and methods that the programme offers.
Creative Spaces is a collaboration between KCAT arts centre and Butler Gallery and is funded by Community Education, Kilkenny and Carlow ETB.

“Creative Spaces is an incredible series of engaging and experimental arts courses open to adults of all ages and skill levels, and similar to KCAT Arts Centre, we are always delighted to provide a welcoming and supportive environment to give people the opportunity to go on their individual creative learning journey through art making,” said Jean Mann, Assistant Learning and Public Engagement Curator.
