Films will a strong Kilkenny connection will be shown at the Concert Hall in Thomastown this Saturday to raise funds for aid for Gaza.
The first part of the evening will involve four short films made by Kilkenny youngsters and the second part will showcase the work of local writers including John Morton, Gillian Grattan, Aoibhin Murphy, The Mother of Fair Love School and Kilkenny Acquired Brain Injury Group.
The event starts at 7pm and donations on the door can be made to UNICEF's Gaza appeal.
