Pinch Of Snuff have announced a date in Kilkenny

Japan’s practitioners of Irish traditional music, Pinch Of Snuff have announced a date in Kilkenny’s Set Theatre on Friday, March 13.

Formed in Tokyo, the band brings together long standing musicians who fell in love with the reels, jigs and airs of Ireland, inspired by The Pogues and The Dubliners. The bands front man Masakazu also known as Tiger refers to the famous céilí scene in the movie ‘Titanic’ as his first introduction to traditional Irish music.

Comprised of Masakazu Tottori (guitar and vocals), Hironobu Sasanuma (double bass), Harumi Endo (fiddle), Haruna Okano (accordion), Takaaki Sone (drums), Yuta Tsukahara (tin whistle), Kazuma Fujita (banjo) and Kohei Sato (uilleann pipes and bodhran) the band burst onto the Irish scene in March 2025 with a sold out tour, becoming a viral sensation, wowing Irish audiences with their amazing live performances.
