Burst mains affecting Gowran, Goresbridge, Paulstown now fixed, water supply returning

KILKENNY

Uisce Éireann and Kilkenny County Council regret any inconvenience caused

Uisce Éireann working in partnership with Kilkenny County Council, have successfully repaired a burst watermain impacting customers in Gowran, Goresbridge, Paulstown and surrounding areas in Kilkenny. 

It typically takes two to three hours for water to refill the network and normal supply to restore to all customers affected by an unplanned outage. 

Uisce Éireann and Kilkenny County Council understand the inconvenience when a burst occurs and thank customers for their patience while we worked to repair the burst and restore supply to impacted customers as quickly and as safely as possible. Uisce Éireann  and Kilkenny County Council regret any inconvenience caused.
