Kilkenny-based CR Payroll Solutions announces 40 new jobs

CR Payroll Solutions, the Kilkenny-based fintech company, announced the creation of 40 new jobs over the next 18 months.

The announcement was made as Minister of State for Financial Services Jennifer Carroll MacNeill visited the company to be briefed on their ambitious expansion plans.

Founded in 2018 CR Payroll Solutions provides emergency payroll cover to an expanding range of clients including Ford, Stryker, Rehab, and JD Sports. The company was recently awarded 7th place in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards, one of Ireland’s foremost technology award programmes.

“There are exciting times ahead for Mairead Coughlan and her talented team at CR Payroll Solutions as they continue with their exciting expansion plans.  The Kilkenny based company, who plan to employ 40 additional people locally, has a well-earned reputation for service and delivery for their customers," Minister of State Carroll MacNeill.

"It’s great that CR Payroll Solutions are focused on growing business in the UK market and the new roles being created will back that ambition.  They are part of a growing number of innovative fintech companies located in the South East and it is very positive to see this growing sector creating good quality jobs across the region.”
