Kilkenny-based company Lawler Sustainability has been awarded the ‘Social Impact Supplier of the Year’ at the Lidl Sustainability Summit 2023 last week.
Lawler Sustainability were recognised for actively supporting their local community through the sponsorship of local sports teams and artists and fundraising for charity and for their efforts in supporting diversity and inclusion in their workforce through their celebration of cultures and the promotion and encouragement of women in STEM roles.
Lawler Sustainability were one of more than 100 of Lidl’s suppliers and business partners who attended its annual Sustainability Summit in the retailer’s Dublin Head Office last week, where Lidl held educational sessions delivered by industry experts on critical upcoming sustainability topics in order to support its supplier network on their sustainability journey.
