Capable of accommodating over 700 employees in a hybrid model format, the new building will serve as State Street Ireland’s regional centre and home to the established cybersecurity hub.

The modern building showcases a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, featuring a remarkable 45% reduction in energy consumption per person (kWh) and an impressive 59% reduction in energy consumption per square meter (kWh) compared to the previous office location in Kilkenny.

In addition to its sustainability achievements, the building boasts world-class amenities designed to enhance the in-office experience and overall well-being of State Street employees.

Among these features are a wellness room, indoor fitness hub and walking trail - underscoring the commitment to promoting a healthy work-life balance and providing a conducive environment for personal growth and wellness.
