Planning permission being sought for 44 - 48 Kieran Street, Kilkenny City
Glenman Corporation have lodged plans for a 'commercial development' with Kilkenny County Council.
Sought is permission for development works at 44 - 48 Kieran Street, Kilkenny City.
The development is proposed to include a 'commercial unit on ground floor' and 'apparta-hostel' on ground, first, second and third floors.

The development is adjacent to a listed building, St Mary's Church.
The application is awaiting validation from Kilkenny County Council.
Once validated, a decision is expected by March 11, but that could be subject to change if the local authority requires further details from the applicant.
