Kilkenny business overcomes 'biggest and brightest stars' to secure prestigious award

There has been no shortage of celebrations in Castlecomer this week, as one local business was recognised at a national level.
House of Glam, owned by Leah Dowling and based on The Square in the North Kilkenny town, secured the accolade of Best Nail Salon at the Ireland Best in Beauty Awards Night on Monday, September 7.
The prestigious event was a celebration of the biggest and brightest stars of Ireland’s beauty industry, from local salons to nationally recognised beauty brands. Supporting Leah on the happy occasion were her proud parents, Patricia and Paul, and her grandparents, Paddy and Betty.
