Kilkenny's finalists for the Student Enterprise Awards have been selected with the participants set to represent the county at the Mullingar Hotel on Thursday, May 9.
The competition is open students in 1st to 6th Year and will stage some of the country's brightest ideas with three local students amongst those taking part.
Kilkenny's Junior Category winner, Robbie Lyons from Colaiste Abhainn Rí set up 'Berry Burst', a company which makes homemade jams in delicious flavours.
Meanwhile, fellow Colaiste Abhainn Rí students Muireann Bibby and Tom Carey will also be representing the county at the Finals in the Intermediate Category with Gloine Mara. This company create beautiful handcrafted canvas art gifts from the sea.
