The public will have an opportunity to have their say on a proposed development in Callan

Public to have their say ahead of major works on County Kilkenny street

Plans and details of the proposed conservation, refurbishment and extension works to 18 and 20 Upper Bridge Street in Callan will be on display at an information evening in the Municipal District of Callan–Thomastown Callan Area Office, Clonmel Road on Thursday, June 26 from 5pm to 7pm.

Staff members from Kilkenny County Council Housing Section will be in attendance to answer any questions that the public might have regarding this development.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development are also available for viewing during office hours until Friday, June 27 inclusive, at the Planning Department at County Hall or in the Callan District Office in Callan.

Submissions can be made by email to housingpart8@kilkennycoco.ie or addressed in writing to 'Planning Section, Kilkenny County Council, John Street, Kilkenny' no later than 5pm, Friday, July 11.
