Former Ulster and Irish rugby player Tommy Bowe made one local man's day while out shopping in Kilkenny City over the Christmas period.
Brendan Corcoran, the father of Graigue Ballycallan hurler Ryan Corcoran, met the ex-rugby star while out shopping for his wife's Christmas gift.
Luckily for Brendan, the current Ireland AM host was dropping into local stockists of his own menswear brand when the true spirit of Christmas shun through.

Upon meeting Brendan, the Monaghan native bought the local man's wife a present in a heartwarming act of kindness.
"Tommy was so nice, down to earth and sound," a local shopper told Kilkenny Live.
