Gardaí in Kilkenny are appealing to the public for their assistance in solving a number of burglaries across the county in recent days.
On Saturday a quantity of jewellery was stolen from a house in Togher Way in Urlingford. The burglary took place between 5.15pm and 6.45 pm.
Meanwhile a property in Kilmanagh was also targeted sometime from Friday to Sunday last. The back door of the house was forced open and jewellery was stolen from the premises.
Anyone with information is asked to contact their local garda station.
