Kilkenny Courthouse
A man accused of assault had his case adjourned for DPP’s directions at Kilkenny District Court.
Alexej Zavadskis, 25 Rosehill Crescent, Kilkenny is accused of two counts of assault contrary to section 2 of The Non Fatal Offences Against the Person Act at Broguemakers Hill, Kilkenny on July 27, 2023.
Sergeant Morgan O’Connor told the court that DPP’s directions are outstanding.
Judge Geraldine Carthy adjourned the matters before the court to December 18 for DPP’s directions.
