A defendant accused of sexual assault and of recording, distributing or publishing intimate images without consent had his case adjourned for DPP’s directions.
The alleged incident took place in a property in Kilkenny city centre on February 18, 2024.
The case was adjourned to Kilkenny District Court on June 4 for DPP’s directions.
