Man convicted of urinating in full view of public in Kilkenny

A man who urinated in full view of the public on a street in Kilkenny was fined €250.

Samer Khles, Kilkenny Inn, Vicar Street, Kilkenny was convicted of the offence under section 5 of The Public Order Act.
The court heard that at 3.20am at RoseInn Street, Kilkenny gardaí observed a male urinating in full view of the public on the street.

Judge Geraldine Carthy convicted the defendant and imposed a fine of €250.
