Kilkenny Courthouse
A man accused of assault causing harm to another male in the early hours of Tuesday morning (September 10) in Kilkenny City is due before court tomorrow.
The accused man was arrested and charged in relation to the incident which happened on John Street and was remanded in custody to appear before Kilkenny District Court tomorrow (Tuesday).
It is understood that the alleged injured party sustained serious but non life-threatening injuries and required medical treatment in hospital.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or who has dashcam footage of the incident which took place shortly after 2am on John Street on September 10 on John Street is asked to contact Kilkenny gardaí on (056) 7775000.
