Bench warrant issued for man accused of drugs offences in Kilkenny

Gardaí believe the accused may have left the jurisdiction

A man accused of having drugs in his possession for personal use and for sale and supply to others had his case adjourned at Kilkenny District Court.

Grance Kindji, with an address at Ard Dara,  Ferrybank, Co Kilkenny at the time of his arrest is accused of having drugs in his possession for personal use and for sale and supply to others at Parksgrove, Ballyragget on November 10, 2023 and of dangerous driving at the Freshford Road on the same date.

The defendant did not appear before the court.

Sergeant Morgan O'Connor told the court that he believed that the defendant has left the jurisdiction.

Judge Cephas Power issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
