The death has occurred of William (Liam) Conroy, Maryville, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny, on May 28, 2025. Liam will be sadly missed by his loving family.
The death has occurred of Sean McCabe, Seskinore, Omagh, and Kilkenny, on May 27, 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital after a short illness. Beloved husband of Sarah and loving father of Martin, Michelle, Damien, Adrian, Colin, Diane and the late Michael RIP. Caring brother of Patsy (Breen) Michael, Dympna (McLaughlin) and predeceased by Bridie, Rita, Noel and infant Joan RIP.
Sean will be waked in Farley’s Funeral Home (264 Donaghanie Road, Beragh BT79 0RY) on Thursday 29th and Friday 30th from 12pm to 9pm. Funeral arriving at St Malachy’s Church, Seskinore for 11am Requiem Mass on Saturday, May 31. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
The death has occurred of James Campion, Chatsworth, Clogh, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny, on May 27, 2025. James passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff of the Acute Stroke Unit of St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents James and Alice, and his sister Mary. Beloved husband of Bridget, and much loved father of Emer, Louise, Yvonne, and Ann. Adored granddad of Adam, Kerri, Ciara, Chloe, Finn and Phoebe. James will be dearly missed by his wife, daughters, sisters Ann and Alice, brother Martin, sons-in-law Brian, Michael, Paul and Richie, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coady's Funeral Home, Castlecomer on Thursday, May 29, from 4pm, concluding with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 7pm. Funeral cortege arriving at St. Patrick's Church, Clogh on Friday morning for Requiem Mass at 11am. James will be laid to rest thereafter in the adjoining cemetery. The death has occurred of Kay Hennessy of Kilkenny and formerly of Blackacre, Paulstown, Co.Kilkenny. Peacefully at St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny, in her 94th year. Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Margaret, brothers Jim and Andy and sister Margaret, nephew John, grand niece Eimear and grand nephew Kyle. Kay will be sadly missed by her brother-in-law Liam and sister-in-law Sighle, much loved aunt of Margaret, Mary, Pat, Jimmy, Deirdre, Marguerite, Fiona, Eoin Edward, Padraig, Sean, Gerard, Andrew, Colm, Dermot, Stephen and Eimear, sadly missed by her grand-nieces and grand-nephews and great-grand-nieces and great-grand-nephews, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Somers Funeral Home, Bagenalstown (R21 DY66) on Thursday afternoon from 5pm, concluding with Funeral Prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass for Kay will take on Friday 30th at 12.noon in the Church of the Assumption Paulstown, followed by burial afterwards in The Holy Family Cemetery, Paulstown. The family would like to particularly thank the doctors and staff of the Suir ward St. Luke's Hospital Kilkenny for their excellent care, the Doctors and staff of Castle Gardens Medical Centre and Haven Pharmacy Rose Inn Street for their care and help to Kay over the years.

Predeceased by her husband Ned, sisters Nancy (Moran) and Mary (Somers), parents Peter and Julia Somers. Sadly missed by her loving family, Edward (Kilkenny), Peadar, Kay (Ballyfoyle), and Brendan (Kilkenny), daughters-in-law Maureen (O'Shea), Anne (Drennan), Patricia (Kennedy), and son-in-law Micheál Brennan, grandchildren Edward, Christine, Mike, Joanne, Marion, Eamon, Richie, Éilís, Ciarán, Sinéad, and Claire, great grandchildren Indie, Seádh, Calla, and Arlo, brothers Tom and Mike, sister Theresa (Rogers), sister-in-law Judy, grandsons-in-law Keith and Anthony, granddaughter-in-law Grace, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
