The death has occurred of Noel Long, Worcester Park, Surrey, England, f ormerly of, Ballyhale, Kilkenny. Noel passed away suddenly at home in Worcester Park, Surrey on Friday, March 20, 2026. Predeceased by his parents Liam and May. He will be deeply missed by his loving family; by his beloved wife Kathleen, daughter Stephanie, son Edward, son in-law Luke, daughter in-law Ciara, grandchildren Patrick and Louis. Sadly missed also by his brother Liam, sisters Helena and Mary, brothers-in-law and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews,the extended family and friends. The funeral will take place in Surrey.

The death has occurred of Anne Dunne (née Aylward), Cedar Heights, Graignamanagh, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Ballinlug, Kiltealy, Co Wexford. Predeceased by her husband Larry. Anne passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. Sadly missed by her daughter Catherine, her sons Gerard and Liam, her brother James, her son in law Kevin, her daughters in law Olive and Roseleen, her grandchildren Roisín, Hannah, Emily, Andrew, Eoghan, Sean, Cian, David and James, nieces, nephews, neighbours and her many friends.
Reposing at Walsh’s Funeral Home, Tinnahinch Graignamanagh (Eircode R95D853) from 2pm to 7pm on Monday, March 23. Removal on Tuesday at 10.45am from the funeral home to arrive at Duiske Abbey for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery.
The death has occurred of Mary Dunne (née Dewberry), Green Street, Kilkenny. Mary passed away on March 20, 2026, peacefully surrounded by family, at University Hospital, Waterford after a hard fought illness. Predeceased by her loving son Jerry, sister Annie and brother Alex. Beloved wife of Jimmy and much loved mother of Alex and Jimmy Jnr. Mary will be dearly missed by her loving family, sisters Josephine, Gladys, Pauline and Ellen, brothers Liam, Patsy and George, daughters-in-law Gillian, Shauna and Stacey, grandchildren Barry, Kiera, Conor, Dáire and Róisin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours and her many good friends. Mary's family would like to thank in a special way the medical staff of the ICU at both St. Luke's Hospital and University Hospital, Waterford for their kindness and care shown to Mary during her illness.

Beloved mother of David and Anne (Collins). Kay will be dearly missed by her son and daughter, son-in-law Jim, grandsons Mark and David, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Kay is predeceased by her brothers Frank, Reggie and Gerald and sisters Maureen and Joan. Mary passed away peacefully in the Suir Ward, St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Sean, mother Molly Kavanagh, brothers Michael, Johnny and Charlie. Mary will be dearly missed by her loving family, sons James and John, daughters Ann, Josephine and Lisa Brooks, sons-in-law Gerry Molloy, John Butler and daughters-in-law Mary and Valerie. Removal on Monday morning to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Castlecomer for Requiem Mass at 11am. Mary will be laid to rest thereafter in the adjoining cemetery. The death has occurred of John O'Carroll (Hundy Dowling), Lord Edward Street, Kilkenny City and formerly of St. John’s Cottage, Dublin Road, Kilkenny City peacefully in the excellent care of all the staff at St. Luke’s Hospital Kilkenny on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Predeceased by his parents Tony and Peggy Dowling and his sister Minnie. John will be deeply missed by his sisters and brother Betty, Terry, Presilla, Lal, Jenny, Tony and Melly, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, niece Caroline, nephew Arran, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.
