Get ready for Eigse Players latest production, Finders Keepers, in Slieverue Parish Hall

Cast features Paddy Drennan, Michael Shalloe, John Wallis, Katie Smith, Oonagh Doherty and PJ Irish

Kilkenny

Eigse Players Slieverue have announced details of their upcoming production, and it’s looking set to be another winner.

When farmer Bernie Bennett (Marley Irish) took up with her farming neighbour Michael Kennedy (Paddy Drennan) it was more for convenience than love. Now she’s looking for a commitment, however as Michael dithers she falls under the spell of well to do farmer Sam Cullen (Michael Shalloe).

The more Michael tries to lure her back the more she is attracted to Sam. Things get even more complicated when Bernie’s man mad sister Shelagh (Joan Aylward) is thrown into the mix.

The cast also features John Wallis, Katie Smith, Oonagh Doherty and PJ Irish. Guaranteed to have you roaring in the aisles, get your tickets early.

‘Finders Keepers’ was written by Jimmy Keary and is The Eigse Players latest production. It’s on in Slieverue Parish Hall on March 20, 21, and 22 starting at 8pm. No losers or weepers but be careful — you could die laughing!
