Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture Pippa Hackett
Minister of State in the Department of Agriculture Food and the Marine, Senator Pippa Hackett, has announced the commencement of the 2022 balancing payments for the Organic Farming Scheme (OFS), two months ahead of schedule.
The payment will be for the final 15% of the annual payment to the farmers who farmed organically in 2022 under the scheme.
The minister encourages all farmers to seriously consider joining the scheme.
