Majority of poll respondents are put off travelling to NHL Final due to venue - Kilkenny Live

68% of respondents to an online poll conducted by Kilkenny Live stated that the decision to host the NHL Final between Kilkenny and Limerick in Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork has put them off travelling.

Below are the results of the poll (from a total of 344 respondents):

Q. Kilkenny fans - does hosting the NHL final in Cork impact your travel plans?

I originally intended to travel to the match but, given the venue, I will not now - 68%
I will still travel down to attend the match - 23%
I never had any intentions of travelling to the match - 7%
I didn't intend to travel to the match but, given the venue, I will now - 2%

The match was originally anticipated to take place in Thurles but the Munster SFC match between Tipperary and Waterford is being played at FBD Semple Stadium on the same day.
