History repeated itself as Threecastles, a club that waited 83 years for a first adult Kilkenny county title, followed their 2023 Junior C success by capturing the Junior B spoils after a highly entertaining contest against St Lachtains in UPMC Nowlan Park on Sunday afternoon. - FULL MATCH REPORT IN THIS WEEK'S KILKENNY PEOPLE.
Amongst their panel is well-known local musical figure 'Welshy' aka Ross Walsh who is a multi-platinum selling DJ and Music Producer who garners thousands of followers and fans on social media and Spotify.

As well as lining out in the dugout, 'Welshy' has also been a high-profile supporter of the club behind the scenes, sponsoring the team's jerseys.
"Our very small club is now an officially a Junior A club which is a massive achievement and testament to all the hard work and dedication the players and management team has put in over the last few years!," he posted to social media.
