Dicksboro manager Donal Carroll has hailed the 'honest effort' of his team as they look forward to an All-Ireland semi-final in two weeks time.
The city club won their second ever AIB Leinster Senior Club title on Sunday afternoon, turning around a five point deficit against Oulart the Ballagh to beat the Wexford champions 0-17 to 1-13. - READ MORE HERE
Dicksboro will now head to the All-Ireland semi-final where they will play Athenry (Galway) on the weekend of November 29/30, with time and venue for the game to be confirmed.
Asked what keeps the players driver, the Dicksboro credited the panel's 'honest effort'.

"The players love it and it’s much easier to come out when you are winning and get a bit of reward for all your efforts," Carroll told CRKC Sport after the match on Sunday.
"They always come to training with a smile on their face and you can see it by the honest effort they put in on the pitch," he added.
"A match that you get out of by a point is worth any amount of training sessions. I would have preferred if there was a bit more in it by the end but I couldn't have asked for better preparation."
