Bill Brennan featured on an RTÉ documentary on Monday night
Last night, many local eyes were focused on RTÉ One watching the first part of the new DJ Carey - The Dodger documentary.
The documentary makers utilised a large amount of archive footage of Kilkenny hurling fans from years gone by as part of its production.
A clip of one particular fan (who has no personal involvement whatsoever with the protagonist of the documentary) has generated sizeable attention in his local community - that of the late Bill Brennan from Castlecomer, County Kilkenny.
