The late Mary O' Shea
The South Kilkenny Historical Society will remember and mark the achievements of the late Mary O’Shea on Thursday, March 23.
Mary, who at the time of her untimely death in an accident on her farm in November 2022 was joint treasurer of the society and is fondly remembered as a historian.
Archaeologist Elizabeth Shee Twohig will be present at the function. The event, which will follow the society’s Annual General Meeting, will take place in Mullinavat Parish Hall, commencing at 8pm and all are welcome to attend.
