A Kilkenny pub has planned a big night as part of the major celebrations tomorrow, as students across the country prepare to receive their Leaving Certificate results on Friday.

Over a thousand students across Kilkenny will receive their results tomorrow, with a total of 1,063 sitting the major exams in June.

Students will be able to access their results online through the Candidate Self Service Portal (CSSP) from 10am, with results being issued to Kilkenny schools at the same time.

Kytelers Inn, a popular pub on Saint Kieran's Street in Kilkenny city have put the call out to students across the city to celebrate in style with them on Friday night, with a late night of music and partying set to take place.

Promoting the big night, Kytelers Inn said: "Join us for a night of fun, laughter, and good vibes as we raise a toast to your achievements".

"Whether you aced your exams or just survived them, this night is all about letting loose and enjoying the moment. So gather your friends, put on your dancing shoes, and come on down to Kyteler's for a night you won't forget!"

The late bar will open until 2am, and will feature three floors of "outrageous" music and dancing, a live band, live DJ and more.

Tickets for the big event are available on Eventbrite here for €15.
