Head Chef/Owner, Antonio Cavaliere of Ristorante Rinuccini
Ristorante Rinuccini has announced an exclusive Italian dining experience featuring a seven-course Tasting Menu with wine pairings.
The evening takes place on Wednesday, November 22, with the menu specially created and presented by Rinuccini’s award-winning Head Chef/Owner, Antonio Cavaliere and his good friend and fellow chef, Tony di Nardo. Tony is chef/proprietor of ‘Ristorante da Tony’ in Ausonia, Lazio and is flying in specially to create this culinary feast with Antonio and his team.
The menu will feature the very best fresh, seasonal, local produce combined with the finest Italian produce handpicked and imported specially from Italy. In true Italian style, the evening will include a soup, a meat course, a risotto and pasta dishes which will all be paired with wines from Rinuccini’s extensive cellar of exclusive Italian wines.
Fine-dining Ristorante Rinuccini is owned and run by the Cavaliere family. Kilkenny’s longest established restaurant, located across from the iconic Kilkenny Castle, Rinuccini is renowned for its cuisine, service and wine.
With menus specially created by ‘Chef of the Year’ Antonio Cavaliere, the restaurant has achieved multiple awards for its food offer, service and chef and has been consistently listed in the Michelin Guide since 2004 citing its “classic Italian cuisine with homemade ravioli a speciality.”
