BirdWatch, Kilkenny have an outing on Saturday to Cabragh Wetlands in Tipperary. Meet at 10am at the gates of Kilkenny Castle for car sharing or at the Cabragh Centre at 11.15am, with members of the Tipperary branch. Cabragh Wetlands, located beside the R659t 4km south of Thurles is one of the best birding sites in the country and is also a good place to see insects, including butterflies, damselflies and dragonflies.
