Kilkenny groups will receive €8,330 to fund physical activity for older people

A total of 29 groups in Kilkenny are celebrating the awarding of grants to fund physical activity for older people. The Go for Life Grant Scheme from Age & Opportunity and Sport Ireland is awarding over €8,330 to groups around Kilkenny.

The successful groups are: Ballyfoyle and District ARA, Ballyouskill ICA, Ballyragget ARA, Castlecomer ARA, Clara Cairde Club, Clogh ICA, Community Gathering Morning Group, Crannagh ICA, Deenview Centre, Graine ICA, Johnswell and District ARA, Kilfane Handball Club, Kilkenny ARA, Kilkenny Recreation and Sports Partnership, L'Arche Kilkenny, Muckalee Community Centre Ltd., Mullinavat and District Active Retirement, Mullinavat Community Group Ltd., Multiple Sclerosis Ireland - Kilkenny (and 3 regional groups) Owning ICA, Sevenhouses ICA, Spink ICA, Stoneyford Active Retirement Group, Thomastown and District ARA, Tory Hill ICA, Windgap ICA
