The highly qualified volunteer swimming teachers from kilkenny Water Safety have started adult lessons in the Watershed pool. Classes are provided for all levels (and ages) from beginners, perhaps people who are nervous of the water or who got a fright in their youth.
They also welcome swimmers who want to correct or improve their strokes or who just want to get some exercise, another way to achieve a transformation. Sign up at the Watershed at 8pm on Monday night and don't forget your togs and swim hat.
