Kilkenny Courthouse
A suspect has appeared in court charged in connection with an €80,000 drug seizure on the outskirts of the city yesterday.
Keith Fleming, 18 Newpark Close is accused of having drugs in his possession for sale or supply to others at Dunmore on February 1.
The court heard that the estimated value of the drugs seized was €80,000.
The defendant was remanded in custody to appear before Kilkenny District Court on Tuesday.
