Enterprising Kilkenny applicants as Lego Leader Franchisee’s

More than 5,000 children from across the South East recently participated in Bricks 4 Kidz LEGO primary school workshops and following on from the huge success, the Irish company are now seeking to appoint enterprising Kilkenny applicants as Lego Leader Franchisee’s in the county.

Teaching children the principles of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) through Lego play, Bricks 4 Kids deliver workshops in a fun and challenging way to enhance problem solving and critical thinking skills using Lego Bricks, Technic and Robotics. The programmes have been designed by engineers and architects to stimulate children’s curiosity and creativity along with inspiring young people to explore the world of STEM in a playful and accessible environment.

Since being introduced into Ireland by Master Franchisee and South East based Karl Fitzpatrick, Bricks 4 Kidz franchisees have been rolled out across Wexford, North Dublin, South Dublin, Louth, Galway and even as far as Donegal.  The growing demand for Bricks 4 Kidz services in Kilkenny now sees the company looking to appoint a Lego Leader franchisee for Kilkenny.

The Bricks 4 Kidz Lego Leaders will have the opportunity to live well, work well and play well as they facilitate holiday camps, in-school workshops, themed birthday parties for children and even programmes for adults.

Passionate about finding the right candidates for prospective Kilkenny franchisees, the team behind Bricks 4 Kidz will guide suitable applications through the process and offer supports such as assisting them to access funding through the Start-Up Refunds for Entrepreneurs (SURE) initiative. The little known about initiative enables those transitioning from employment into entrepreneurship to access a refund on the PAYE income tax which they have paid over the last six years.

With a growing interest to deliver alternative approaches to learning outside of textbooks, Bricks 4 Kidz encourages thinking in 3D through a hands on-minds on approach to education. Expressions of interest from prospective Kilkenny Lego Leaders are being taken until March 16th. See bricks4kidz.ie or contact pclark@bricks4kidz.com
