Warmest May in 10 years
The May weather statistics compiled by Niall Dullard of Kilkenny Weather have confirmed it was a great month weatherwise in Kilkenny and the warmest since 2008, with a mean temp of 13C.
Just 32.3mm rain recorded (a little over half the normal) and driest May since the very dry May of 1991.
